Who is Met Kalfou? And why do you say I should be wary of it?

Met Kalfou (meaning “crossroads master”) is the master and guardian of the crossroads. This voodoo spirit is a trickster, a scoundrel and a scoundrel.

In fact, voodoo uses the image of the crossroads to symbolize a moment of choice, a decision to make. The chosen route can then have an impact on our entire life.

Wearing a Met Kalfou amulet could therefore well offer us help in making the right decision, but be careful... If Met Kalfou is in a bad mood, he could direct us in the wrong direction or even make us lose your way.

In voodoo, crossroads are the favorite places of witches, spirits and ghosts. All these beautiful people are therefore placed under the authority of Met Kalfou. In short, he controls the secret spirits of the night. So we can ask him to keep them away from us.

Due to its character, however, invoking Met Kalfou is generally a solution of last resort.

Don't risk it as there are other avenues to explore.

Met Kalfou is an aggressive and efficient spirit. There are no demons he cannot command. He works quickly and some voodoo priests love him for that.

But he can also quickly become angry and punish... So never promise him what you are not absolutely sure you can deliver to him immediately.
