What is the strange symbol I see on this signet ring?
The Kolovrat is a Slavic lucky symbol little known in the West. However, it is the emblem of certain neopagan groups still active today!
Attributed to Svarog, the god of the Sun, fire and light, the Kolovrat represents a kind of wheel made of cyclical branches.
Moreover, if we look more closely, these branches can remind us of those of the swastika... and it's true that the two symbols share a common origin!
