Well known for its massages and pendulum relaxation sessions, Reiki is a Japanese doctrine working on the circulation and regulation of energies in the body.
The word Reiki actually derives from the Japanese roots “rei” and “ki”. Rei means spiritual vital power, Ki for its part translates as energy.
Taken together, they form the word reiki which can therefore be understood as “spiritual life force energy”.
