The Om: all the harmony of India in a symbol
The symbol of Om is the most sacred in Hinduism, and one of the most grandiose of all religions combined.
Deeply anchored in ancient Indian tradition, the first sages who used it described Om as “ the very first sound that resonated in the universe at the time of its creation, a kind of original frequency that still vibrates today”.
Through its link with the universe in its essence, the Om contains within itself the past, the present and the future... in short, it represents a great, unsurpassable whole.
Yes, the Om symbol is really very special.
When it is put in its visual form (as you can see on the lucky jewelry presented in this collection), it becomes a kind of mirror of our deep being... or rather of the different states it can take.
In fact, the Om pattern is made up of four distinct parts: three curves and a point.
The lower curve represents the state of sleep, the middle one is associated with that of the dreamer and the one above shows us the state of drowsiness.
The point, located right above the Om, shows us the state of higher spiritual awakening, also known as “enlightenment”.
Truly, few symbols are as representative of a people as this one.
